- COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Packaging
All Sivorae products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening the package for safety and verification purposes.

- Sivorae is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability.
